TERMS OF SALE - Net 30 days.  A service charge of 1 1/2 % per month will be assessed on past due accounts.

SHIPPING TERMS - FOB Indianapolis IN , Freight Collect.  Flotec will prepay UPS charges and add to invoice.  
FREIGHT CLAIMS - Examine incoming freight and report damage to freight carrier.  Save original containers and packaging materials.  
RETURNS - Standard, new (unused) goods still in the original package, may be returned (freight prepaid) for credit, less a 15%, 30% or 50 % restocking charge.  Obtain a Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) from Flotec.  Show original Flotec invoice number on RGA.  
REPAIRS - Flotec will repair or replace Manufactured defective products at no cost to you.  A flat fee of $ 30.00 charge will be made for repairs to Flotec products that are damaged or inoperative as result of being abused, repaired, or modified improperly.  Any replacement parts is available for purchase.  Please see warranty statement on inside back cover for details of Flotec Warranty.
