Mass Casualty Assemblies (Multilatorr)

• The Mass Casualty Assembly provides maximum on-site flexibility for triage situations. 

• The kit typically has one or more Flotec Pressure Reducing Regulators and five or more Flotec Flowmeters which  may be individually set to the particular patient's LPM requirement. 

• The most requested version features a 20 foot "leader" hose assembly for the dual purpose of distancing the first flowmeter from the high pressure oxygen source while locating the first patient away from the ambulance. This 20 foot "leader" may also be used to connect to the ambulance wall oxygen source.   In this way, the first ambulance on scene may be used to supply o2 to the triage area, while subsequent ambulances are freed up for transport. Each Flowmeter can be spaced from 6 to 10 feet apart. 

• This flexible system allows for easy on-site hook up of any other rescue device which requires 50 PSI.   For example a ventilator,  an aspirator, a chest compression device, or any other pneumatically powered item may be attached by  removing a Flowmeter from the DISS Check Valve and reattaching the other rescue device in its place.

• All Mass Casualty kits feature a canvas carrying case for ease of transport, storage and organization.

Oxygen Manifold Assembly with either 5 or 6 (0-25 LPM) adjustable flow meters attached to flexible hose at 6 foot intervals with DISS-1240 Hand-Tight Connections.

All-Metal-Constructed Flow Meters are extremely durable and are non-gravity sensitive. 

Check-Valve Outlets can also be used to power CPAP Units and Resuscitators.
